Bio: Dale R. “Bubba” Samuels serves as judge of the Municipal Courts of Monroe, Watkinsville, and Franklin Springs, as well as Past President of the Council of Municipal Court Judges. He is the founding member of The Samuels Firm in Buford, Georgia, where he practices government law, particularly in the areas of eminent domain, land use, and Constitutional law. Bubba serves as County Attorney for Franklin County, City Attorney for the Cities of Baldwin and Danielsville, and as Special Assistant Attorney General, representing the Georgia Department of Transportation in land acquisition matters. He and his wife, Jennifer, are the proud parents of Jack, who recently joined the firm, and SaraBeth, who is an artist in New York City. Bubba and Jennifer are also Tony Award-winning producers of theater productions in New York and London.
